Paul Marsh leads talent acquisition at Omio, one of Europe’s fastest-growing travel tech companies, serving over 20 million monthly users. Since joining Omio as a freelance recruiter in 2018 and rising to head of talent acquisition in 2023, Paul has built and trained a high-performing, globally distributed TA team, while eliminating Omio’s reliance on external recruitment agencies. This shift cut costs and drove higher candidate quality, stronger offer acceptance and 100% team retention, even as hiring scaled to 150 people from 2024 to 2025. Today his focus is on evolving TA into a data-driven, AI-enabled function that improves hiring outcomes and the candidate journey.

Melissa Shannon is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Greenhouse Software, based in Ireland with a focus on EMEA, APAC and NAMER hiring. Since joining Greenhouse in 2021, she has recruited across every vertical, spanning GTM, Marketing, Professional Services and G&A functions, and at every level from evergreen roles up to VP. Managing hiring across three regions and multiple time zones, she brings a global perspective to how Greenhouse builds its teams.
