What’s new in Greenhouse

Recruiter precision improvements
A series of recruiter-experience improvements have landed across the quarter. Sharper duplicate detection, a cleaner candidate profile right panel, automations that fire on application creation, visibility into Harvest API usage, a Scorecard Statement Type in interview kits, an internship employment type and broader interviewer access to interview kit details. Individually, each is a small win. Together, they sharpen the operational edge of the platform.

Greenhouse as an OIDC Identity Provider
Greenhouse now exposes OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider endpoints – discovery, JWKS, userinfo and ID token issuance – so partner applications and downstream tools can authenticate users against Greenhouse as a trusted identity provider. Built on the existing OAuth foundation, with the same permission model and audit controls.

Multiple Zoom accounts in a single Greenhouse instance
Organizations can now connect multiple Zoom accounts to a single Greenhouse instance. Teams that operate across regions, business units or Zoom tenants no longer have to share one account or maintain workarounds – each unit can authorize its own Zoom integration, and Greenhouse picks the right one automatically.

Apply directly from MyGreenhouse
Job seekers can now apply to roles directly from MyGreenhouse – no separate application portal, no re-entering profile information. Every application a candidate has ever submitted, every role they’re considering and every active application now lives in one place under their MyGreenhouse account.
Greenhouse MCP
Greenhouse MCP will give organizations a governed way to connect AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to Greenhouse, helping teams access hiring data, generate insights, and build AI-powered workflows with permissioned, controlled access.
