Bring Notetaker into more interviews, with consent settings you set by location.

Every location you hire in may handle interview recording differently, and now Notetaker can too. Admins have control over consent and recording settings by office and department. Candidates get a clear, self-serve way to manage their own consent, wherever you schedule.

What’s new:

• Opt-in consent. Now available alongside the existing opt-out model, configurable by office and department.
• Audio-only recording. Turn off video capture for Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams interviews, configurable by office and department. Transcripts and AI-generated notes still generate as usual.
• Consent Request email template. For interviews scheduled outside of Greenhouse, send a standalone consent request email to candidates - either automatically at a chosen stage or manually - using the Default Greenhouse Notetaker Consent Request template. 
• Consent preferences page. Add the new consent link token to existing candidate emails, and it opens a page where they can view or change their consent status anytime.
