He has extensive experience in fostering employee resource groups (ERGs), building partnerships with external organizations and securing funding and support for DEI initiatives.
Lars van Wieren (He/Him) is the Founder and CEO at Starred. As a founder, he helps Talent Acquisition teams to collect and action the voices of their candidates for better, more inclusive hiring that can easily be scaled.
