Between monthly company “All-Hands” and “Ask Me Anything” meetings, as well as consistent interactive media and video updates, Greenhouse leadership takes every opportunity to share not just strategy, but also their vision for the company’s future. We also distribute quarterly anonymous surveys so employees can share candid feedback and insights.
