When an employee is hired in Greenhouse, Thelma uses their information to start onboarding workflows to streamline the work of HR, IT, and managers. Tasks like email account creation, adding employees to the right email groups and shared storage drives is done without lifting a finger. Department sync
When Greenhouse and Thelma are connected, all Greenhouse departments are synced to the Thelma platform. Each department is used to set up specific onboarding and offboarding defaults.
