Talent Llama’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows hiring teams to automatically import and invite candidates to take conversational screening interviews from any stage in the Greenhouse candidate pipeline. As screening interviews are completed, recruiters can move top candidates to the next stage or reject them directly from the Talent Llama evaluation screen.

Import existing and new candidates
It takes a few seconds to connect your Talent Llama job to Greenhouse Recruiting and import applicants. From the Applicant's tab, select Import from Greenhouse. Then choose the job, one or more stages, and finally click 'Start Import'. That's it! Now all existing candidates in the selected stages, and any new candidates that are moved into the selected stages, will import to Talent Llama in near real-time.

Move candidate to next stage
After reviewing a candidate evaluation, you can change the candidate's Greenhouse Recruiting interview stage from within Talent Llama. From the Talent Llama evaluation, choose the stage, confirm, and submit.

After reviewing a candidate evaluation, you can reject the candidate in Greenhouse Recruiting from within Talent Llama. From the Talent Llama evaluation, choose the reason, add an optional note, and submit.

Push Talent Llama evaluations to Greenhouse Recruiting
As applicants complete their screening interviews, evaluations are pushed back to Greenhouse Recruiting in near-real time. You can find the results on the Activities tab of any candidate that has completed a Talent Llama screening.
