Your favorite hiring conference has gone virtual. Join us for the third Greenhouse Open Forum session of 2021, Hiring with Confidence. This customer-exclusive event is coming to a screen near you on September 14.

How confident are you in your hiring practices? If you’re not sure how to answer that question, you’ll definitely want to attend the next Greenhouse Open Forum event, Hire with Confidence. Greenhouse customers are invited to join us for this half-day of live workshops and discussions. Find out everything you need to know below.

Why join Hire with Confidence?

Like all Greenhouse events, Hire with Confidence is designed to answer your biggest questions and give you actionable takeaways. It’s not just about connecting with Greenhouse hiring and product experts (though that’s definitely a key part of the experience) – you’ll also get the chance to network with other talent professionals. But you don’t have to take our word for it. Here’s what past event attendees have said about the experience:

  • "I genuinely enjoy the authenticity of the forum. It was a forum where 'the elephant in the room' questions were looked into instead of avoided.”

  • "Incredible content, well curated programming, inclusive organization… shall I go on!!”

  • "I've been to an in-person Greenhouse Open and even though this was entirely remote, I was impressed at how much it mirrored an IRL experience. Really great job.”

Who should attend Hire with Confidence?

This event is open exclusively to current Greenhouse customers. Whether you’re steadily climbing the Greenhouse Hiring Maturity™ curve or you’ve yet to begin your ascent, you’ll get practical advice and plenty of opportunities to connect with Greenhouse experts and other talent professionals.

What exactly is the Greenhouse Hiring Maturity curve? In a nutshell, it describes the journey companies take as they adopt hiring best practices. As they add more structure and thought to their hiring process, they move up the curve. To best understand how to improve hiring at your company, it’s key to assess where you are today: Chaotic, Inconsistent, Systematic or Strategic. Read more about Hiring Maturity here.

If you’re not a customer though, don’t worry. There’s plenty of great on-demand material available for you from our previous Open Forum sessions. Check it out here.

What can you expect during the event?

At Hire with Confidence, you’ll hear from top talent experts and participate in a live workshop to identify detailed tactics to move you up the Hiring Maturity curve and get even better at hiring. You’ll also have a chance to talk to Greenhouse hiring and product experts to get your specific questions answered.

One thing to note about this event: You can choose between two workshops depending on where you currently fit on the Greenhouse Hiring Maturity curve. If you’re at the Chaotic or Inconsistent level, you’ll get the most out of the Transform workshop, where you’ll build the foundations for efficient hiring. If you’re at the Systematic or Strategic level, join us for the Optimize workshop, where you’ll gain skills to continually elevate your hiring practices. Not sure which one is right for you? Take the assessment! It’s only 12 questions and takes less than five minutes to complete.

When and where does the event take place?

Hire with Confidence takes place on September 14, 2021, from 1:30 to 4:45 pm ET. The entire event is virtual, so join from your home office, your office office or even your couch – we don’t mind. We just want to see you there.
