Jung serves as the Chief Legal Officer of Greenhouse, where she manages all legal and compliance matters. Prior to Greenhouse, she served as Chief Legal Officer and Interim Chief People Officer at Druva, and in various legal roles at two of the world’s largest public companies: Apple and Broadcom. Jung also serves on the Board of the Society for Corporate Governance and the Advisory Council for the Women’s General Counsel Network.

Ron Gutierrez
Ron is Senior Director of Security at Greenhouse, where he leads the product, corporate, and information security functions while partnering closely on AI and fraud initiatives like Greenhouse Real Talent™. Previously, Ron led security for PayPal’s Venmo business unit and served as a technical lead at a security consulting firm, delivering advanced application security for clients and delivering security research presented at global conferences.

Generi Wilson
Generi is the Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Greenhouse where she helps design and operationalize hiring programs that enable Greenhouse to attract, engage, and hire top talent at scale. Since becoming the first person to hold this position at Greenhouse, she’s launched several strategic initiatives that have helped Greenhouse achieve its hiring goals and set the industry standard for great hiring practices.

Cian Martin
Cian is Director of Legal, EMEA at Greenhouse, leading legal strategy across the region. A seasoned in-house counsel with deep experience in tech and commercial law, he previously served as Lead Counsel EMEA at Benchling and held senior roles at Twilio, IAC and Segment. Cian began his career in Ireland’s leading commercial law firm advising global teams on complex legal, regulatory and privacy matters.
