Audit Log Terms

These Audit Log Terms (“Audit Log Terms”) supplement the MSA, available at MSA, and are hereby incorporated by reference into the Agreement between Greenhouse and Customer if Customer elects to use Greenhouse’s Audit Log feature. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Audit Log Terms and the MSA, these Audit Log Terms shall control to the extent of the conflict with respect to the subject matter herein.

1. AUDIT LOG DATA

The data underlying the Audit Log feature is retained by Greenhouse for 30 days. Accessing Audit Log data that is older than 30 days will require Customer to store such data outside of Customer’s Greenhouse Account, which shall be Customer’s sole responsibility.
