Auto-replace declined interviewers for Outlook When an interviewer declines, Greenhouse automatically finds an available replacement from the same interviewer group and swaps them in. The organizer is notified with full details, and candidates stay on track. Outlook users now have full parity with Google Calendar. Learn more

Multi-calendar view in availability requests View multiple interviewer calendars at once when suggesting times for candidate availability requests. One consolidated view means faster scheduling, fewer conflicts and less context switching. Learn more
