Smarter Interview Scheduling

Less coordination, more interviews
Every manual step in interview scheduling adds time, risk and friction. Recently, we shipped three updates that bring more automation and visibility to the scheduling workflow so your team spends less time coordinating and more time moving candidates forward.
Buffer time across all scheduling Interviewers are now protected from back-to-back interviews across every scheduling surface. Configure pre- and post-meeting buffers in the interview plan and they're automatically applied to automated, manual, self-schedule and scheduling link workflows. No workarounds, no room for error. Auto-replace declined interviewers for Outlook When an interviewer declines, Greenhouse automatically finds an available replacement from the same interviewer group and swaps them in. The organizer is notified with full details, and candidates stay on track. Outlook users now have full parity with Google Calendar. Learn more
Multi-calendar view in availability requests View multiple interviewer calendars at once when suggesting times for candidate availability requests. One consolidated view means faster scheduling, fewer conflicts and less context switching. Learn more
Together, these updates move Greenhouse closer to a fully automated scheduling experience, so interviews stay on track with minimal manual effort.
