How are job recommendations chosen?
We match open roles to the details in your MyGreenhouse profile, like your experience, location and worksite preferences (in-office, hybrid or remote). The more complete your profile, the more relevant your recommendations. Recommended roles will be suggested to you in MyGreenhouse. If an employer is hiring for a role you may be a fit for, Greenhouse may recommend you to the hiring team for consideration.
How does Dream Job work?
Each month, you can mark one application as your Dream Job. It tells the hiring team that the role is your top choice and helps your application get noticed. You get a new Dream Job on the first of each month. You can’t undo or move a Dream Job selection, so save it for the role you’re most excited about.
