Scheduling links and Self-Schedule windowing

Self-service scheduling with the right guardrails
Self-scheduling has always been a trade-off: give candidates control and you save recruiter time, but you also surrender control over when and how interviews land on the calendar. The latest scheduling enhancements close that gap with structured controls that keep the recruiter in charge of policy while candidates stay in charge of choice.
What’s new:
- Scheduling windows – define how far out and how far ahead candidates can pick from, with a UI that lets recruiters configure and persist scheduling rules per stage or per interview kit
- Self-schedule stage transition rules – automatically move candidates between stages when they self-schedule, so the pipeline stays accurate without manual upkeep
- Candidate calendar view for availability requests – candidates see a clear calendar view with the days they can pick from, the days that aren’t an option and helpful tooltips that explain why
- Multi-calendar view in suggested times (carried forward from April) – recruiters see combined interviewer availability in a single view when proposing times
Why it matters
Manual interview coordination is one of the slowest, most error-prone steps in the funnel. Each of these enhancements reduces the friction without giving up control – recruiters set the rules once, automations carry them through and candidates get an experience that feels considerate instead of bureaucratic.
