The Analytics builder lets anyone choose a dataset (Applications, Interviews, Offers), add filters, pick metrics and groupings and switch chart styles to tell the story clearly. Drill into the data behind any number and, when needed, open read-only SQL to validate how results were calculated.

Use case: A recruiter sees time-to-schedule rising in Engineering, drills into affected roles and shares a dashboard with hiring managers to resolve the bottleneck this week.
