How the program works

Greenhouse’s Partner Program is designed to help us and our partners deliver stronger outcomes for our mutual customers through trusted, high-quality integrations.

As an official integration partner, you’re part of a broader ecosystem built to support customer success, streamline hiring workflows and create more value for shared customers. Partners benefit from resources like enablement materials, Partner Portal access, greater visibility with Greenhouse customers and opportunities for deeper collaboration with our team.

Apply and qualify
Tell us about your integration and goals. We’ll review your application* to ensure alignment with the program and invite you to sign the Greenhouse Partnership Agreement.

*Applications are reviewed the first Monday of every month.

Access the Partner Portal and sandbox environment for integration development.

Frequently asked questions

When are reviews conducted?

All integration requests are reviewed at a monthly cadence on the first Monday of the month. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, requests will be reviewed on the first Tuesday of the month.

When can I expect to hear back after a monthly review?

The Greenhouse Partnerships team will reach out within 7 business days of the monthly review.

What if I have an urgent request and wish to be reviewed out-of-cycle?

After you submit the integration request, send an email to partneronboarding@greenhouse.io with reasoning for why you are requesting an out-of-cycle review. Requests will generally only be considered if there is an urgent request from a mutual customer.

Am I automatically part of the program once I submit?

No. Every submission will be reviewed but not all submissions are accepted. Not all integration requests are a fit for our program and customer needs and you must wait to be officially confirmed to proceed with the integration steps.

Do I have to have a mutual customer in order to apply?

Yes. At least one mutual customer is required for your integration request to be submitted.

Do I have to have a website in order to apply?

Yes. You must have an active website with a Privacy Policy in place in order to apply.
