Greenhouse Dream Job Named to TIME’s Best Inventions of 2025

NEW YORK, Oct. 9, 2025 /Greenhouse -- Today, leading hiring platform Greenhouse announces its Dream Job feature has been named to TIME’s Best Inventions, an annual list featuring 300 extraordinary innovations changing our lives. Dream Job, launched in June 2025, gives job seekers an edge in today’s highly competitive market by allowing them to designate one application a month as their “Dream Job.”

Unlike offerings simply designed to process applications at scale, Dream Job allows recruiters and hiring managers to filter through a lens of interest and enthusiasm. Candidates using Dream Job are reported to move through the hiring process at approximately 4x the rate of those who do not, and report being hired more quickly. Dream Job launched as a feature in MyGreenhouse, an inside track for job seekers with real-time updates on their applications and alerts about new opportunities that align with their experience. To date, more than 1.5M job seekers and 6,500 companies, including Everlane, Flexport, Guild, Huntress, and NPR, have joined MyGreenhouse since its launch in April 2025.

To compile this year’s list, TIME solicited nominations from TIME editors and correspondents around the world, and through an online application process, paying special attention to growing fields—such as health care and AI.
