Product Summary:
Pruning Paint
Seal Trees & Shrubs After Pruning to Prevent Disease

Pruning Paint
provides convenient method of sealing wounds on both trees and ornamentals. The protective coating prevents the entry of moisture, disease and insects.

Spread Pruning Pain Sealer on freshly pruned areas of trees where the limbs or branches have been removed. Cover entire area and margin around the pruned area with the Pruning Paint. On large pruned areas, a second coat, one (1) or two (2) hours later will seal the area better and retard sap loss.

May be used on ornamental shrubs, roses, crape myrtles and others. Brush the Pruning Paint over the open area after removing branches. This will seal the open area and retard sap loss, thus causing the wound to heal sooner.

  • Quick drying / quick sealing water-based paint prevents sap loss and promotes healing.
  • May be used on ornamental shrubs such as roses, crape myrtles and others.
  • Protective seal prevents entry of moisture, disease and insects.
