Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, and the item is in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, lets us know and you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund - no questions asked! Simply call us at 1.888.314.2733 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
*Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Please be aware that you will see a credit to your original pay method & then a charge for the new order. If you request a refund, your original credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. If you paid by a check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the billing address on the account. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.
30-Day Return Policy (Damaged, Defective, Replacement and Refund Items)
Damaged, Defective, Replacement and Refund Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase; customers must contact our customer care specialists by phone or email within 5 days of purchase so that our specialists can explain the proper handling of the merchandise. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt to obtain a full refund or replacement item. A replacement item will be shipped to you once we receive the item being returned. We guarantee all of our products against Defects and Damages, and will work within our manufacture’s warranty policies. For Replacement and Refund Items (wrong items shipped), please also complete a new order form and simply deduct the price of the returned item (excluding shipping) from your order.
All return items must be in their original condition, unused and should include all parts and accessories, or we will not accept the returned items. Please be prepared to provide our customer care specialists with the order number and product number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. All return packages should include a copy of your original invoice, indicating whether the item is a REPLACEMENT, REFUND, DEFECTIVE, or DAMAGED.
*Note: Certain items may be subject to a handling and restocking fee. Call our friendly customer care specialists for this information regarding your specific return. Ship your parcel to us by Ground Delivery prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: DVD, VHS, CD, Audio Tapes, Books, Computer Software, Feed Supplements, Pet Food, Flea and Tick Topical Treatments, Undergarments, Dewormer and other select consumable products.
Missing Items
If an item that was not backordered or out of stock is missing from an order, customers must contact our customer care specialists by phone or email within 5 days of the receipt of purchase so that our specialists can send the missing item.
